The staff at this hotel were cute and helpful. They provided true Turkish coffee in the morning and fruit plates in the evening, adding a nice touch of hospitality. They were also very knowledgeable and gave great directions. The hotel is conveniently located near all the historical monuments, just a short walk from the Cemberlitas Tram station and the main tourist attractions. Cleanliness was great and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices.

The location of this place is perfect, right in the heart of the old part of town. The staff are helpful with all of your needs and the room service is impeccable. The room amenities are top notch, from the mini-bar to the electric kettle. I also appreciate the soundproofed rooms because it is nice to have some peace and quiet sometimes.
I recommend staying at this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay because it is well worth it.

During my recent stay at Primero Hotel, I was really surprised by the level of service and attention to detail. The hotel staff were really nice too ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular highlight was when they organized PCR tests for me right at the hotel, making it convenient. I also appreciated the modern and clean facilities, as well as the delicious Turkish-style breakfast. The hotel's location was ideal, allowing me to easily explore the nearby historical sites on foot. I had a fantastic experience at Primero Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is very close to the main places to visit, such as the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque. it is conveniently located near the tram station Cemberlitas, making transportation easy. The rooms are clean and new, with fresh towels provided daily. The staff is friendly and helpful.
One minor drawback is that the breakfast room is a little small.
